Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Closer ("the Service"), operated by GrowthHackers Stockholm AB ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Closer is a conversational CRM platform that helps sales professionals manage contacts, track deals, and automate outreach through integrations with Telegram, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, and other services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, Telegram, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Credit packs do not expire during your active subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
