GrowthHackers Stockholm AB ("Closer", "we", "us") operates the Closer CRM platform at runcloser.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Account data: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you sign up
  • CRM data: Contacts, companies, deals, interactions, and notes you create in the Service
  • Integration data: Calendar events, Telegram messages sent to our bot, and data synced from connected services (Google Calendar, HubSpot)
  • Usage data: Log data, device information, and feature usage for improving the Service
  • Payment data: Billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process your CRM data using AI models (Anthropic Claude) for features like contact enrichment, draft generation, and meeting preparation
  • To sync data with third-party services you connect (Google Calendar, HubSpot, Telegram)
  • To send you service-related notifications via Telegram
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

  • Contract: Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for
  • Consent: For optional integrations (e.g., connecting Google Calendar)
  • Legitimate interest: For service improvement and security

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following categories of service providers:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (EU region)
  • Anthropic: AI processing for CRM features. Your data is processed per their privacy policy and is not used for model training.
  • Vercel: Web application hosting
  • Railway: Backend service hosting
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Google: Calendar integration (only when you connect it)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
